CURRENT TEAM LISTINGS
It is imperative that current, correct contact information be available when requests are made to the HOTLINE or ICISF offices for assistance. It was very evident in the days following September 11th that some of the information for team contact was not current or functional. This resulted in delays in providing assistance and in many teams not being available to ICISF or the HOTLINE even though they were still in existence.
ALL TEAMS LISTED ON THE ICISF HOTLINE MUST PRESENT AN UPDATED “TEAM INFORMATION FORM” ANNUALLY IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN “CURRENT” (formerly designated as Active) STATUS ON THE HOTLINE.
This means that all sections of the Team Information Form must be completed each year; this includes contact information (Section A) as well as Sections B, C, D, E, F, G, and H which cover current makeup of team as well as mission areas, activity, etc.
Routine changes (to telephone numbers, addresses, etc.) should and can be submitted to ICISF at any time in written form but will not be considered the annual update for team information. No verbal or telephone changes will be accepted.
Teams that do not update all information annually will be marked as “Not Updated” (formerly designated as Inactive) on the HOTLINE database
