King-Edrington, Linda

Linda King-Edrington is the Program Director for the Southwest Ohio CISM Team and co -chair of the Ohio CISM Network. Linda also is the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation Region IV Liaison. Linda retired from her career in public safety service that began in 1976 as a volunteer/ paid firefighter and EMS (paramedic) provider. Linda dedicated her career in emergency services to prevention and education. Serving as a Trainer/ Educator for local, state and national programs. Linda’s profession took her from the street to the classroom in the vocational schools and local fire departments, and later to the hospitals for over 30 years of service. She retired as associate chaplain for a regional hospital system. Linda continues to serve on the Cincinnati and Dayton Metropolitan Regional Response Systems for Weapons of Mass Destruction. Linda has worked diligently throughout the region to bring Family CISM programs, “Hearts and Sirens”, and now the “One to One” program for responders with addictions support through CISM identified network of support and education.
