Vaughn Donaldson, M.A., Licensed Paramedic, is District Chief of the Aircraft Rescue Firefighting Division with the Midland, Texas Fire Department. He holds certifications as a Certified Trauma Responder, Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress and Board Certified in Emergency Crisis Response and is listed in The National Registry of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.Donaldson is an International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) approved trainer for the Basic, Advanced, Strategic Response to Crisis and Peer Support/Individual Crisis Intervention program, and serves as the ICISF’s Regional Liaison for Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas.He acts as Coordinator of the Midland Fire Department CISM Team and President of the Permian Basin CISM Team.
